-Booking on our website is not mandatory but recommended.

Pick up your pass at the sales offices. To encourage the use of sustainable transportation, take advantage of our reduced fare when presenting a valid ticket at Vernon-Giverny train station or when taking the bus from Vernon. This discount also applies to those arriving in Bizy by bicycle.

Visiting Bizy Castle

The Bizy estate offers a single entrance:

BY TRAIN

 

The château is a 25-minute walk from Vernon-Giverny train station . This station is served by the Paris-Rouen railway line. It is possible to reach the château by bus or taxi.

BY BUS

Bizy Castle does not have a dedicated bus stop. However, we recommend using the "Sente du Bon Dieu" or "Montgomery" stops, which are a 10-15 minute walk from the castle's main entrance. These stops are served by bus line 1 (Vernon St Adjutor > République), which also stops at Vernon Giverny train station. Consult the SNGO bus timetable .

BY CAR, COACH, AND TAXI

 

The main entrance is located on Avenue du Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny - 27200 Vernon.

The castle is located 3 km from the A13 motorway, exit no. 16.

For electric vehicles , the nearest charging stations are located 1 km from the castle at Carrefour Vernon - Boulevard Isambard, 27200 Vernon. Or 2 km from the castle at E.Leclerc Vernon - Boulevard Jean Jaurès, 27200 Vernon.

ON FOOT

 

The castle is located 35 minutes from Vernon city centre and 25 minutes from Vernon Giverny train station.

WARNING: GPS systems indicate an entrance on Rue de Bizy, but this entrance is not accessible. From the train station, you must go up Rue de Bizy, then continue to Avenue des Capucins and then up Avenue du Marechal de Lattre de Tassigny to reach the entrance.

BY BIKE

 

The Château de Bizy is part of the "Accueil Vélo" network (website) . We offer uncovered bicycle parking. We can recharge the batteries of electric bicycles, which can be plugged into a standard outlet.

BICYCLE RENTAL: Givernon Rental Station in Vernon ( website ).

The Château de Bizy is located in Vernon in the Eure department.

Stop at Vernon, then take bus line B or walk 30 minutes. Train journey 45 minutes from Gare St-Lazare.
